Running for 24 years, GESEME is a Spanish organization specializing in medicine, health, safety prevention, psychotherapy, sports, training, providing resources and means for the development of healthy lifestyles, sporting and social activities, conducting Vocational Educational Trainings for people from different sectors of activity.

With the main headquarter in Barcelona, GESEME has several offices across Spain (Madrid, Valencia, Girona, Granollers, Malaga, Zaragoza, Gijon, Santiago).
In the last 3 years, Geseme offered for more than 60 000 people Vocational Educational Trainings in Active ageing/ Well-being and Health/ Occupational health and safety (face to face, blended, online, in English, Spanish, Catalan and Romanian).
Ruxandra has more than 15 years’ experience in elaboration and implementing of European Projects and solid background in training and human resources development.
She holds University degrees in both Economics and in Law, a Master in Human Resources & Organizational psychology, as well as a Master in Marketing and European Funds.
She is a certified life & career coach, specialized in psychology, an alternative healing therapist and a certified mindfulness trainer.
Her experience includes also start-ups consultancy, social working activities, coaching, working with different target groups, such as youngsters, adults, migrants, low-qualified persons, people with disabilities, etc., being involved in many EU actions supporting their development and inclusion.
She speaks Romanian, Spanish and English.
